Advantages of saving your inputs

1. If your session on Incorporator is accidentally terminated, you will be able to retrieve the information you have inputted - you won't lose it all and have to re-type it.

2. You will be able to take advantage of information you entered on this run which may also be applicable to your formation of a future company - for example details of the applicant and the lodging party or standard "shelf company" structural patterns (e.g. 2 directors each holding one ordinary fully paid share each). You won't have to re-type them.

3. You can enter the information in stages. For example, you might be half way through Incorporator and decide that you want to complete your inputs later that day or on another day - you will later be able to type in new inputs from where you left off.   Copyright © 2000
