| The Lodging
Party is the person or company who will be physically lodging - either personally
or by post - the application to register the company. The Lodging Party may be the same as the Applicant or be a proposed director, proposed secretary or proposed member/shareholder or some other person or company. Please note that the system will accept a PO Box No. OR a Unit or office number/Floor or level number/Building name combination but not both (this is as a consequence of ASIC requirements). |
